The famous Derwentwater is only 0.5 miles by foot or 1.3 miles by car, a fantastic spot for relaxing boat trips or thrilling water sports adventures.

Further adventures lay waiting to be discovered in the Lake District fells of Skiddaw (5 miles), Helvellyn (8 miles), and Scafell Pike (12.5 miles). Enter via the rear door from the parking space and follow the shared hallway to reach the apartment on the ground floor. Walk into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you’ll spend much of your time relaxing and appreciating the views across Skiddaw and Latrigg fell in the distance.
