A bolthole made for two, the compact accommodation is thoughtfully laid out to ensure you've got all the space you need to relax after days of adventure. A beautiful beach can be reached in less than half a mile, as can a friendly village pub where great food is served.

Owing to its fabulous seaside location, you're well-positioned to get to know the Wales Coast Path whilst staying here, so pack your walking boots and get walking come rain or shine. Light, bright and ultimately cheery, this apartment has been sympathetically decorated with clean white walls and nautical features.

Pass through a private patio space with a bistro set before stepping inside the open-plan living area. There's a kitchen gently tucked beneath the mezzanine sleeping area, complete with plenty of countertop space and a table to dine together. This is also where you'll find the compact wet room.

After meals, settle onto the sofa and switch the Smart TV on to find something entertaining. At bedtime, a steep ladder leads to a cosily lit loft with a king-size mattress and a low-slung ceiling. A real beauty spot on Wales' sprawling coastal path is the Tresaith Waterfall, around 500 metres from your property.

From here embark west towards Aberporth (1.5 miles), passing pretty coves from the clifftop vantage point as you walk along the coast. You might even spot a pod of dolphins in the water. At Aberporth, you'll find another fantastically sandy beach with waters perfect for swimming. The area's principal town of Cardigan is just a short drive away (7.5 miles), ideal for stocking up on anything you might need, exploring the historic castle or taking a trip to the Welsh Wildlife Centre (8.5 miles).
