A crackling wood burner sits inside a stone fireplace which is surrounded by velvet sofas and two armchairs. Grab the popcorn for a movie night in the cinema room with plump leather sofas and grey decor.

Continue into the bright and sleek open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with granite worktops and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar. This room opens up into a bright and quirky lounge room with a vaulted wooden beamed ceiling. Here there are plenty of board games and video games to enjoy. Also on the ground floor is a plush formal dining room with chandelier lighting and purple and red velvet soft furnishings.

Upstairs you'll find a family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite and two doubles, one with an en-suite.
