A shower room and super-king-size bedroom complete the ground floor, while upstairs are a further four bedrooms, three are also super-king-size, and finally, a room containing three bunk beds. The upstairs bedrooms share access to both a bathroom and a shower room. The lovely seaside village of Aberdovey has plenty of friendly pubs, eateries and independent shops to explore, as well as a fantastic sandy beach.

Set on the River Dyfi's estuary, you can try out water sports like windsurfing, paddleboarding and canoeing. If you prefer keeping your toes dry, head into Snowdonia National Park (10 miles) and visit the intriguing caves at King Arthur's Labyrinth (15 miles).
