Let yourselves in and follow the hallway into the lounge/diner. This attractive space features a vaulted ceiling and beautiful beams and stonework, as well as an abundance of windows that draw the views right inside.

Unwind in here together in front of the TV, play games and gather round the table for lively holiday meals. The spacious kitchen/diner has everything you need to help you cater for your party, plus a breakfast table to pause at over a cup of fresh coffee. Two of your bedrooms are also on the ground floor.

These are both king-sizes, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, are on the floor above. Congregate in the garden on fine days, lighting the BBQ to grill the fresh Welsh produce you have sourced, or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the sea.

Pick up the Ceredigion Coast Path and walk 3.5 miles to Aberarth, looking out for dolphins and seals as you go. Venture 3 miles to the beach at Llanrhystud to dip in the sea or spend time on the sand at Aberaeron or New Quay, 13 miles away. Plan an afternoon out in Aberystwyth, where you can shop, see the castle and hop aboard a steam train on the Vale of Rheidol Railway.
