Brookview offers spacious, reverse level accommodation in the heart of the Tamar Valley, near the Cornish town of Callington. It comprises three ground floor bedrooms; a double with en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom and two twins, sleeping six altogether. The interior also boasts a ground floor shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

To the outside is a patio with seating just off from the double bedroom, a first floor balcony with seating, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. With access to the on-site faciilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and all the delights of Devon and Cornwall, is Brookview.
