Also on the lower floor is the study/music room, with an upright piano, which has a side door to the garden. Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dryer creel, with door to the garage. Outside: Pleasant rear garden offers a good degree of privacy with shrubs and patio areas and views to Wansfell.
