Highly Commended four-star property. Beautiful fellside views from all windows and conservatory with hilltop views of Silver Howe. Property is over three storeys - ground floor, first floor, second floor. Three bedrooms: first floor - 1 x king-size, second floor - 1 x king-size, 1 x twin with zip link bed (can be made into a superking on request).
Two designer bathrooms on first floor – one with under-floor heating, bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, one with walk-in shower and WC. Well-equipped kitchen/diner with multi-fuel stove. Comfortable sitting room with multi-fuel stove.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD Player, Wi-Fi.
