Washing machine and dryer by arrangement with the owner. TV, Wi-Fi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Shared driveway with owner, parking for two cars. Patio at front of property with furniture and electric barbecue. Sorry, no smoking.
Shop and pub 4.8 miles. Note: Owners live in The Old School next to the property. Please NOTE: There is a step from the main room into the bathroom. We have added a shower stool in the bathroom. Note: This property accepts 1 well-behaved dog but all dogs must be kept on leads due to seasonal farming livestock and farmers rights.
Please Note: Back Doune The Rabbit Hole Festival will be held from 17th - 19th July 2026 so during this time there will be increased traffic on the surrounding roads and some disturbance.
