Note: The hot tub will not be available on the morning of check-out; on arrival, it will be ready however it may not be at optimal temperature until the following morning. Note: Associated noise and smells should be expected from the farm. Note: A small stream runs along the garden which is not enclosed, parents of small children should take care.

Note: The hot tub will not be available on the morning of check-out, as it will have to be drained before the farmer tends to his livestock; on arrival the hot tub will be ready however it may not be at optimal temperature until the following morning.
Note: Bagtor Granary is part of a working beef farm so associated noise and smells should be expected. Note: A small stream runs along the side of the property: parents of small children should take care. Note: Please note that EV charging is available locally, but mains charging is not permitted from the property due to the owners insurance.
