Bed linen and towels included in rent. Private parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with picnic table. One small well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub <1 mile. Harbour <1 mile. Note: Care should be taken with children on open tread stairs. Note: Care should be taken on the steep step out of the twin bedroom shower cubicle.
