The property sleeps up to eight guests and is well suited to families or groups, with two well behaved dogs welcome.

From the bedrooms and parts of the garden, guests can enjoy attractive sea views across Lyme Bay. Inside, the house has a practical and comfortable layout. The town centre features a wide selection of independent shops selling local crafts, produce, art, and fossils, along with a strong choice of cafés, pubs, and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes. Lyme Regis is also part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, making it a popular location for fossil hunting along beaches such as Monmouth Beach and the main town beach.

With museums, galleries, the aquarium, and attractive public gardens all close by, the area provides plenty of options for families and those looking for a relaxed coastal break. For walkers the property is a short walk away from Ware Cliffs and the start of the section of South West Coast Path known as the Undercliff which runs between Lyme Regis and Seaton.

A natural unspoiled environment of ancient woodland and open meadows preserved by the National Trust, the area was an important Armada look-out point and later overlooked the landing of the Duke of Monmouth in 1685 at the start of what became the Monmouth Rebellion.
