The two-storey barn is set down a quiet country lane 1 mile from the quaint village of Warcop and is close to the A66 – the main route between Penrith and Darlington. The barn offers plenty of space for guests on two and four paws, its large bright rooms glowing in natural light from multiple angles thanks to expansive windows and doors.

The inviting lounge has comfortable seating and a wood burner, while the neighbouring kitchen/diner is a unique social space. The bright conservatory just beyond offers panoramic views of the countryside. The ground floor also has a handy utility room and a stylish en-suite twin bedroom. The second floor features a second lounge, and there are three bedrooms nearby – a super-king-size, a king-size and a double – all with high ceilings and a sense of space.
