Sitting less than 7 miles from the historical city of Lincoln, with wonderful unique shops and boutiques.

It is probably best known for the medieval Lincoln Cathedral, with early printed books in a Wren-designed library. Lincoln Castle houses a Victorian prison and a copy of the Magna Carta which makes for a great day’s historical exploring. There is also a huge variety of places to eat and drink, in this pretty, vibrant, and architecturally interesting city. The property itself sits at the end of a lane next to the canal, and has a lovely white fence and gate around the property, making it secure and enclosed.

Enter through the large open-plan living space, where there is a lounge with wood burner and TV along with a dining space to enjoy those cosy dinners in. Along with beamed ceilings, this comfortable space, with throws and soft furnishings is perfect to enjoy a cosy night by the fire.
