Totally relax in this stylish, spacious newly built house with large balconies and an enclosed garden that enjoys coastal views. Located in the tranquil village of Polruan, it is the ideal bolthole for your family holiday. The village has two village pubs (both of which serve food), a tearoom, bakery, a post office; and a general store.

There are harbour-side beaches, and ancient monuments and access to the SW coast path is within a mile. From the quay, you can take the 5-minute passenger ferry, over the estuary, to Fowey. The town has a range of highly regarded restaurants, independent shops and craft and art galleries. Within 15 miles you will also discover many other interesting places such as The Eden Project, Looe, Polkerris, Mevagissey, Charlestown (as seen on Poldark!) and Polperro. Step inside this wonderfully stylish property and immediately feel at home.

At the entrance level, the first floor has five bedrooms, all with super king-size beds and plenty of storage. Two bedrooms are ensuite. The master bedroom is ensuite and has patio doors onto a balcony with glorious views of the sea and Fowey. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or afternoon drink! A separate family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower can be found on this floor.

The generous hallway opens into a beautiful open-planting room with an 80” flat-screen TV, comfy leather sofas, bean bags and large patio doors leading to the balcony. This is a great spot to watch the sunset after a long day exploring the area. A beautiful staircase leads down to a huge family space with an open plan lounge/kitchen diner with a feature dining table to seat all the party.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances and a feature island with bar stools. This is a wonderfully sociable space where you can catch up with everybody and access the level garden. The handy utility room next door has outside access and a wash basin as well as plenty of additional space. Outside is a large level lawn and a stunning patio area.

With comfortable outside dining furniture and a BBQ, it is a fantastic area to relax and enjoy a drink or two and to eat.
