This single-storey barn conversion has two bedrooms including a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and a zip/link super-king (can be twin beds on request) with an en-suite shower room, along with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a sound system.
Outside, there is off-road private parking with EV charging point (separate charge payable to the owner for EV charging), and a rear garden with a patio, barbecue and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (with a charge of £25 for the 2nd dog).. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 2.1 miles and a pub and beach in 1.4 miles. Note: Though the garden is enclosed, the walls are low so pets need to be supervised, and there are steps throughout the property, please take care. The Rum House is a gorgeous holiday home for an escape to Cornwall.
