New addition: April 2022. Southfield Lodge is a well-presented bungalow located on the popular Southfield Avenue. The property has been finished to a high standard and has a coastal yet contemporary feel. Within a few minutes walk you will reach the village centre, the harbour and the unspoilt, stunning beach where you can walk along to both Beadnell and Bamburgh.
Seahouses itself has some brilliant eateries and some very good pubs. The Ship Inn is a must visit. Southfield is the perfect base for exploring everything Northumberland has to offer. ACCOMMODATION (ONE LEVEL) GROUND FLOOR Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, TV, dining table with seating for 6 people. Living room with comfortable seating, electric wood effect fire and Smart TV. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed and en suite shower room with WC, heated towel rail and basin. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, heated towel rail and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Externally to the front there is private parking for 2 cars and to the rear there is an enclosed garden with a lawned area and patio area.
