Note: This property has a level driveway, level access to the garden from the driveway and throughout the garden, shallow access ramps over the front door threshold and is all on one level making it suitable for wheelchair users. Note: Single bedroom has a ground floor fire escape window (sill at 1m and handle at 1.5m) and should only be occupied by someone able to open and escape through such a window unaided. Note: Hoist users should bring their own sling, both two point and four point hoist bar available, shower chair available on request, front door 83cm wide and internal doors 73.5cm, the main bedroom and en-suite are suitable for wheelchair users, the other two bedrooms are not.
