Within 6.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 6.3 miles, a pub, and within 0.1 miles, a river, and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Guests have on-site river access for fishing, within the owner's 4-acres; please supervise children at all times. Note: This property has a good house keeping bond of £350. Note: Whist the water supply at Roger Pot is tested annually, it is sourced from a nearby well and, whilst fully treated, cannot realistically be guaranteed, we therefore supply bottled water for you to use for drinking and cooking if you prefer.
