Note: Access to the property involves a sloping pathway and several steps, which will not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Note: This property does not include a washing machine, but a full-service launderette is available in Lynton, operating seven days a week. Although the property is mainly on one level, there are four internal steps. Note: Roadside parking may be available close by with loading and unloading possible, and there is a village car park approximately 400 yards away, weekly parking permits can be purchased at the Tourist Information Office.
