There is a bathroom, and a downstairs cloakroom. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car, a patio and communal grounds leading down to the river.
Berry Banks Cottage makes an ideal family base for enjoying this wonderful part of the Yorkshire coastline. Please Note: New Windows and Patio Doors will be fitted between 14th & 21st of September.Accommodation Summary
