The first patio area, can be dog secured, includes a large BBQ and dining area. The second patio area includes an outdoor living room, sauna, shower and hot tub. The former double grass tennis court can be used for croquet and badminton and this leads to a large open field.
Private parking spot up to 5 cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles, beach 2.5 miles. Note: No stag or hen parties. Please note: No loud music or sounds outside after 10:30 pm as the property sits in a residential area.
