Little Fernleigh consists of reverse-level living with a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining space for six and a sitting area with TV, DVD player, CD player and radio, plus ground-floor utility with washing machine.
The bedrooms rest on the ground floor and consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with TV (this can only be used if you bring your own firestick/ laptop to connect), and a double, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, outdoor shower and furniture, plus off-road parking for one car.
Please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Just a 5 minute walk down to the beach, via a paved path with a handrail beside the church hall. Escape to the beautiful Cornish coast with a stay at Little Fernleigh. Note: Some areas of the garden and the top of the stairs in the living room are not suitable for unsupervised children.
