Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub and within 1 mile, Derwentwater and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome (at an additional charge) but sorry, no smoking.
