Plot 32, a ground-floor lodge, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, a sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire, and a dining area with seating for four guests. There is allocated parking available for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
