Dry Dock Cottage, a three-storey terrace home consists of a ground-floor open-plan kitchen/diner with a table seating four, fridge with ice box, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster and a first-floor sitting room with a TV and firestick. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double as well as a twin, serviced by a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A highchair, travel cot and stairgate can be made available upon request. Outside, there is a private rear patio with furniture, as well as a non-enclosed front patio with furniture, and a public carpark close by. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find the closest pub in 0.1 miles, a shop in 0.4 miles and a beach in 0.8 miles.
