There is a lounge on the first-floor level with panoramic views of the harbour. A spiral staircase leads to a fully fitted kitchen/dining area on the lower level with access to the small waterside terrace and bistro furniture. Kitchen and separate dining area. Family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and w.c. Additional cloakroom with w.c and wash basin.

To the front of the property is a small stone terrace. Travel cot provided. Mooring for one boat or dinghy up to 17' in length. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
