Outside, there is an enclosed, front terrace with patio, furniture, and sea views, plus ample off-road parking available at Millendreath car park with a weekly charge of £20 via pay & display with cash and debit card, sorry, not payable by mobile phone, you can then walk from the carpark to the property.
