The Property is situated within the ground of another house, sharing part of the driveway, which overlooks the other property and its garden. Parking for 3 cars only, please note there is no street parking. The garage is available on request, please let us know if you would like access.

Campervans and other motorhomes aren't permitted on the property. Camping isn't permitted on the property. No EV charging point available or permitted from the property. This is a No smoking property. Guests must put the bins out and leave wheelie bin by the roadside on a Thursday evening. This property is not suitable for children under 12.

All guests must be declared at the time of booking; any day guests or additional guests must be authorised by the owner in advance. The property sleeps a max of 6 guests, sleeping out with bedrooms is not permitted. Good housekeeping bond of 350 GBP. Please note that this property accepts check-ins and check-out days on Fridays, with a 7-day minimum restriction, other durations and check in days maybe be possible on request.
