Hazelwood 2 is a single-storey lodge with a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin serviced by a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. There's an open-plan living area with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area and sitting area with Smart TV.
WiFi, Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there's an allocated parking space for 1 car and a front decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop 3.8 miles, pub 2.4 miles, beach 3.7 miles. A stunning beachside retreat awaits at Hazelwood 2. Note: There are steps up to the entrance.
Note: Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pools. Note: The communal indoor swimming pool is open all year round (except for three days at Christmas) and the outdoor swimming pool has seasonal opening, so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There is a launderette on site, charges payable.

Note: The electricity supply for the property is not capable for charging electric vehicle, so for safety reasons we ask that you do not charge electric vehicles from the property - there are EV charging points available in the Tesco and Aldi car parks in nearby Seaton.
