Three Peaks Barn is a cottage located on a working farm near to Chapel-le-Dale on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage has six bedrooms, a sofa bed and five bathrooms (two of which are ensuite), thus making it suitable for thirteen people. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a snug, a games area and a sitting room with a woodburner.
Outside the cottage is off road parking for six cars, large gardens with outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Just a stone's throw from the famous Ribblehead Viaduct, Three Peaks Barn is a stunning property in wonderful countryside. Please note: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property; if electric charging is detected a charge of £100 will be deducted from the good housekeeping bond.

Bedroom 3 - 1 superking size bed with zip/link. There is a wet room situated between bedroom 3 and 4 ( shower, basin and WC). Bedroom 4 - Ground floor 1 x super king size bed. Bedroom 5 - 1 x superking size zip/link bed ( can be twin on request) adjacent bathroom (hand held shower over bath, basin and WC).

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner available at £10 a bag please ask the owner for details. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 miles, 1.5 miles from a pub serving both food and drinks. 1 mile to the local train station, Ribblehead Railway. Steam trains passing on the Ribblehead viaduct. Note: Owners have a contact for a masseuse/ beautician, should you wish to arrange please contact the owner for further information.
Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Sunday changeovers are not allowed on this property. Note: There is a sofa bed available upon request, situated in the snug. Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £400. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum 4 nights for 2026/27, the owner cannot accommodate check in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
