Outside, there is a non-enclosed front patio with harbour views, a rear garden with patio and decking, plus off-road parking available at rear of property. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Escape to Brixham in Devon with a stay at The White House.
Note: Although there is a handrail, the rear garden has four levels and stairs up to each level, please take care. Note: Washing machine in external building in garden. Note: Very steep steps up to rear garden and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Roadside unrestricted parking to the front and rear.

Note: There is additional free roadside parking in neighbouring streets within five minutes walk of the back gate. Note: Washer/Dryer machine located in outhouse in rear courtyard.
