Beautiful views to the Camel Estuary, St Enodoc Church, Brea Hill and Padstow. Footpath direct from the house to Daymer Bay Beach, Rock and Polzeath connecting with the South West Coast Path.
5 bedrooms: ground floor - 1 x small double with basin (4ft 6 bed) and 1 x twin room (3ft beds); first floor - 1 x super king size double bed ( 2x 3ft beds) and 2 x twin rooms (2 x 3ft beds). One of the first floor rooms has a small balcony with beautiful elevated views. Note: The twin bedrooms on the first floor can push together to make super king size double beds if requested to John Bray Cornish Holidays at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Three bathrooms: ground floor - 1 x shower room with electric low pressure shower, basin, WC; first floor - 1 x family bathroom with bath/shower over, basin and 1 x en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, WC. Large boot/coat/dog room with access from a front side door. Separate TV Room with soft seating for 8 guests as well as 3 large bean bags.Facilities

Off road parking for up to a maximum of 3 large cars. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement in advance , dogs to be kept downstairs only and off all furniture and beds. The rear garden has a low wall and the property does not have dog proof fencing to the front or the rear. Note: this property has internal ground floor steps, as well as external steps to both the front and the rear.
