Bayside Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with Smart TV, woodburning stove, dining seating for 6, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms all have TVs, and consist of; king-size with en-suite, double and twin, serviced by a shower room.

Outside, is roadside parking for 1 car (with access lane in front of property for dropping off and picking up), and a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, picnic bench. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for stove, bed linen and towels included. No pets and no smoking. Note: No loud noise between 11pm-8am.

Note: Due to external layout, the property is not suited for those with limited mobility. Note: No candles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP. Note: No children under the age of 4 as the path leads directly to the main road. This property can only accept check ins on a Monday or Friday.

No hen, stag or similar parties. Please note: This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Bookings for fewer than 3 nights will not be accepted.
