The cottage is bright and light with sophisticated styling and high end fixtures and fittings throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor, going up to the first floor you get to the stunning, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can chill on the sofas in front of the Smart TV, prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together.

On warm evenings, open the doors to the balcony. Going back downstairs, you'll find the two lovely bedrooms, a king with an en-suite shower room and French doors to the patio, and a pretty twin, as well as the family bathroom. You can watch TV in bed on the Smart TVs in both bedrooms. Relax with a drink on the upstairs balcony, soak in the bubbling hot tub on the patio, get the BBQ going and enjoy an evening al fresco.

Wander the length of the beach, 2 miles of golden sands less than 1 mile away, popular with swimmers, surfers, and windsurfers. Explore the grassland of Northam Burrows Country Park behind the north end of the beach (1.5 miles) and pick up the South West Coast Path from there. Catch the ferry across to Instow (2.5 miles or a 4.5 mile drive) to explore the beach and estuary.

Grab a pasty, go out for cream tea and fish and chips, go swimming in the Rock Sea Pool at the southern end of the beach, and play adventure golf at Pebble Ridge (1 mile).
