Stepping inside this welcoming property, the light-filled lounge has a Smart TV and sumptuous seating, perfect for unwinding in after a fantastic day exploring the local area.

Double doors lead through to a spacious and beautifully organised country-style kitchen/diner with plenty of equipment and a handsome central dining table. Upstairs, you will find a refreshing family bathroom and two bright and cheery bedrooms: a lovely super-king-size room and a chic double. Outside, the large and enclosed back garden offers fantastic views out across the gorgeous surrounding countryside.

The nearby village of Ravensworth (1.5 miles) is home to the ruins of a 14th-century castle, as well as a farm shop, cafe and pub. Heading south, you can visit the bustling historic town of Richmond (5 miles) with popular landmarks including Richmond Castle, Richmond Falls, Easby Abbey and the National Trust's Round Howe and Hudswell Woods.

Also nearby are Raby Castle, Park and Gardens, Kiplin Hall and Calver Hill, all within 15 miles. The edge of the glorious Yorkshire Dales National Park lies just to the south (3.5 miles).
