Get away from it all in this remote holiday retreat nestled amongst the picturesque scenery of the Angus Glens. Sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, it's the perfect base for nature-loving couples and adventurous families. The surrounding area is awash with walking and cycling routes, from hikes to the summit of Mayar and Dreish, to woodland rambles through Glen Doll Forest (all within 10 miles).

You'll also be less than 1 mile from the River Esk, known for its fantastic opportunities for trout and salmon fishing. After a day of adventure, relax by the roaring wood burner or sip a sundowner on the raised patio. The bright and inviting, single-storey home boasts large windows, framing magnificent views of the dramatic, mountainous landscape.

The neutral decor creates a calm and relaxed ambience, and thoughtful touches, such as artwork on the walls, help create a home-away-from-home vibe. The property is located approximately 100 metres from another holiday home. From the side of the property, a couple of steps lead to a small entrance hall.

From here, move directly into the spacious, open-plan living area. To the rear of the room is a pastel-coloured kitchen area, with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. Prepare home-cooked dinners here, which you can share at the stylish dining table. The inviting lounge area enjoys dual-aspect windows and has a gorgeous, plump sofa positioned in front of a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner.

Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated, with calming tones and sumptuous linens. A contemporary shower room rounds off the accommodation. Outside, soak up your breathtaking surroundings from the raised patio, where you'll find furniture for al fresco dining and a fire pit to gather around as you chat long into the night.

Parking is available for two cars on the shared driveway.
