Welcoming four guests and two dogs, this quirky home has a mezzanine library/snug, enclosed garden boasting countryside views and characterful features throughout. Once a cow shed, this barn has been lovingly converted into a stylish retreat.

The open-plan living area has a high ceiling, exposed beams, stone walls and a warming wood burner for those chilly evenings in. Curl up on the sofa and watch movies on the Smart TV to unwind after a busy day. Climb the ladder staircase which leads to the mezzanine floor where you can get stuck into a book.

The sociable kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious dinners and hearty breakfasts, and the dining table is situated in a glass conservatory which overlooks the wonderful garden and views. There are two king-sized bedrooms, each with access to an en-suite: one wet room and the other a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Outside, is a paved patio area which contains a covered hot tub, garden furniture and a lawn. There is also secure storage for bikes, an EV charging point, and parking for four cars. The nearest village, Llannefydd (0.5 miles) has a great pub, and further amenities can be found at Bodelwyddan (4 miles).

Head off on foot and take a walk alongside the River Elwy at Pont-y-Ddol (0.5 miles). The bustling market town Abergele (8 miles) has an imposing castle and a beautiful sandy beach or visit the coastal resort of Rhyl (8.5 miles) and enjoy the miniature railway.
