Guests have a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC, and there is a separate basin and WC.

Outside is off road parking for two cars and additional safe and private parking close to the apartment, along with an enclosed, private garden with lawns, views of the Brendon Hills and furniture. Enclosed lawned garden with a variety of furniture, gas barbecue and views of the Brendon, Quantock Hills, Exmoor and the West Somerset Steam Railway in the valley below.
Shared use of seven acres of land for recreational activities on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 12 mins walk. Note: Smoking is not permitted in the property or in the grounds. Note: There is no chiming clock on the nearby church, however the bells do ring for about five minutes just before 10am on some Sundays.
