Georgian Grade II listed granite-built house in the very quiet, and picturesque Downalong area of St Ives spread over four floors retaining the original layout and character features of it's historic use as a fisherman's cottage and pilchard press. Downstairs to lower ground-floor open-plan living space including kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with smart TV and exit to street level via gated patio with seating at the rear of property.
