Pebble & Pine is a single-storey house with an open-plan living space with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dining seating for six people, and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Off-road parking for two cars.

Patio with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes unless in a permitted area. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Pebble & Pine is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: No facilities open between 24/12/25 - 03/01/26 (swimming pool, bar, laundrette, café).

Note: No bikes, scooters or skateboards permitted on-site. Note: Use of plug sockets and extension leads not allowed. Note: Barbecues on patio only.

Note: Guests have access to a games room, children's play area, on-site bar area, indoor pool, woodland walks, 2 x fishing lakes, gym, tennis courts, restaurant, laundrette. Note: The park and facilities on offer have limited times and some facilities need to be booked in advance at reception. Note: Some facilities are 18+ only.
