Sleeping four people, the cottage has a double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also contains a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a woodburner and a conservatory.
Outside is a small enclosed garden and off road parking. Set in fabulous countryside just four miles from the coast, Maesgwyn is a lovely family-friendly holiday cottage all year round. Note: Two dogs allowed. Please note the property accepts a minimum of 2 nights stayAccommodation Summary

Enclosed lawned area with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept on lead while outdoors due to sheep in neighbouring fields.
Note: Country lanes lease to single track lane of 0.1 mile where cottage is accessed, care to be taken. Note: There are 2 steps down into the sitting room. Note: Sloping ceilings and beams in the bedrooms with limited headroom. Note: Check-in 4pm. This property changeover day is a Saturday. Please note: This property only accepts 3 nights minimum.
