Butler's Flat is a beautifully-presented first floor apartment, located in the wing of the owner's 18th century stately home, on the edge of Wrexham, close to Chester and North Wales, and can sleep two people. The apartment has a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and use of an external, ground floor games room with a snooker table and a woodburning stove.
Outside there is off road parking for one car in the courtyard, bike storage, horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with the owner, shared use of the tennis court by arrangement and shared use of 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and barbecue areas. Butler's Flat is a lovely, romantic base for your holiday.Accommodation Summary

One king-size double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with open fire. Shared external games room with snooker table and woodburning stove.
