Greenwell is a house that consists of a kitchen/diner with a double gas oven and hob, grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and seating for four guests, a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove and seating for four guests, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor doubles with en-suite shower rooms, ground floor twin and a first floor superking (which can be made as a twin) with en-suite shower room.

Ground floor Family bathroom with bath, basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.3 miles a beach.

Note: The no pets policy is strictly enforced as the owners are allergic. If evidence of pets are found, a deep clean charge will be taken from the good housekeeping bond. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP. Note: Note: 1 x first floor superking (can be made as two singles - request at time of booking).
