This property is conveniently set in a residential area within easy reach of all that vibrant Weymouth has to offer. This coastal town has a sandy beach backed with shops, cafés and restaurants aplenty. The harbour is also well worth a visit, where you can take a boat trip or try your hand at fishing.

The area is rich in history, being home to the Victorian Nothe Fort (1 mile) and ancient ruins of the cliffside Sandsfoot Castle (1.5 miles). Take a trip to Portland, with its traditional lighthouse and stunning 16th-century castle (both within 7 miles), or explore the rugged pebble swathes of Chesil beach (3 miles). The entrance into this mid terrace property can be found beside the street and opens into a traditional hallway, with the lounge on your right.

Entering this cheerful and tastefully decorated property, you will find the main lounge, which is a light, friendly space, with large bay window seating, Smart TV and two comfy sofas . Next door to the lounge is bedroom 4 that has a king-size bedroom with Sky TV. Further into the hallway is a compact separate WC set under the stairs and access into the spacious kitchen/diner.

A further flight of three steps leads to a landing that takes you into bedroom 1 with a king-size bed and bedroom 2 that has two 3’ single beds. Double doors lead from the dining area into the private courtyard garden with an outdoor table and chairs, fully enclosed with use of a charcoal BBQ.

A parking permit is supplied for Two cars in The Swannery Car Park, approx. 350m from the property. Unloading is possible directly outside of the property (subject to availability).
