Meadow Island Caravan in Carmel, Gwynedd, sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Please note: There will be a freezer and a washing machine available from spring.

Meadow Island Caravan, a single-storey caravan, consists of a kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a dining area with seating for five guests, a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with a small bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail and a cloakroom with basin and WC.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, a designated parking place for 1 car and additional off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets are allowed; no smoking. here is a stream either side of the caravan, accessed by a wooden bridge, please do take care with children.

Note: There are steps up to the caravan. Note: One of the double beds is suitable for one guest due to access from one side. Note; there is a workshop on site but this will not be in use when there are guests staying so please be reassured there will be no noise from this.

Guests are welcome to take a patio chair down to the stream to sit and listen to the water. There are also cows and sheep around, plus buzzards, herons and a fox. Hiking, walking guests are welcome.
