SHORT BREAK bookings will only be accepted starting on a Friday for 3 nights or a Monday for 3 or 4 nights please ensure you book appropriately.

The bedroom is a double serviced by a shower room. Fuel, power, starter pack, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. There is a garden with lawned area, storage, and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No TV or WiFi, mobile signal limited. Note: No music outside please. Note: Adult-only. Note: Bathing house holiday let nearby.

Note: Access to shared unheated outdoor swimming pool at Sharpham House during the summer available from June to the end of August weather permitting, 9.30am – 4.30pm (weekdays only).

Note: At very high tides the stone quay and garden can flood- Bookings are not taken for very high tides, the Boat House cannot flood. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: There is no TV or WiFi at this property, mobile signal can be intermittent.
