Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars, a private garden with furniture, and use of the owners garden which has a swimming pool (open April-September inclusive), koi pond and orchard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop, 1.8 miles a pub, and 1.5 miles a river.
