The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating for seven people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size zip-link (can be set up as a twin on request), a first-floor king-size with cot and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor twin, and a ground-floor single along with a bathroom.

Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture and non-enclosed communal lawn and children's play area and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.5, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Note: This property includes an indoor BBQ, spacious gym, children's playroom (pool and table tennis, small children's area) and outdoor children's play area, laundry room. Note: No fireworks are allowed on site due to the fact this is working farm. This includes ALL fields over the river where the animals and horses are.

Note: Use of the log burner and unlimited logs during your stay is charged at £30 per week. Note: Electric car charging is available at a charge of £100 per week. Note: Minimum short break is a 3-night stay.
