A staircase from this master room leads to an office on the upper mezzanine that overlooks Hampton Court Golf Club.

Downstairs cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, bar , and sitting area with open fire. Separate Utility room with Washer and separate dryer.
